I offer modern dance classes and workshops aimed to build balance, strength, and grace for adult dancers of any age, with a focus on mature adults and total beginners.
We know that moving our bodies – particularly in the company of others – makes us happier and healthier. Dancing in particular is great for your mind and spirit in addition to helping you build strength, grace, and ease. It shifts your focus to the here and now, stimulates your brain in new ways, and offers a great, non competitive way to connect with others.
