Find balance, strength and ease through movement
Did you know that moving your body – particularly in the company of others – makes you happier and healthier? It’s true! Exercise releases endorphins, builds strength, and improves your balance. Dancing in particular is great for your mind and spirit too. It shifts your focus to the here and now, stimulates your brain in new ways, and offers a great, non competitive way to connect with others.
